Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager. The Assistant Bar Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, food & beverage operations, communication, training, and sales. The Assistant Bar Manager will work closely with the bar manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Customer service, communication, and sales skills
• 3 years experience in food & beverage operations
• Training and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality or related field
