Job specifications

• Bachelors Degree in any of the following fields Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Occupational and Educational Psychology, Sociology and Social work or equivalent.
• Three (3) years experience as a Counselor Grade 8/9/10 (DEF) or equivalent
• Computer literacy

Duties and responsibilities
The duties of the Assistant Chief Counselling Psychologist shall include but are not limited to:

• Organize and carry out support group therapy,
• Provide education and training on HIV, ADA, RHS and mental Health, Organize and carry out VCT services,
• Provide guidance and counseling services to students and staff
• Train peer counselors at satellite clinics,
• Collect and analyze HTS and Counselling data
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time
