Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating student welfare and development programs
Support the management of student discipline in accordance with university regulations.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to student leaders, clubs, and associations.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Dean of Students.
Liaise with academic departments, security, and external stakeholders on student-related matters.
Participate in counselling, mentorship, and career guidance initiatives
Qualifications and skills
Master’s degree in Education, Counselling Psychology, Student Affairs, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Degree in Education, Counselling Psychology, Student Affairs, or a related field from a recognized institution
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills, Proficiency in ICT applications and student information management systems.
Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in student affairs, university administration, or student support services
Membership in a recognized professional body for counseling, student affairs, or education (e.g., Kenya Counseling and Psychological Association or equivalent).
