Requirements for Appointment 
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have

• Bachelors' degree in Human Resource/Human Resource Management, 
• Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, Government or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and 
• Masters' degree in Human Resource/Human Resource Management, 
• Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, Government or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and 
• Membership to the relevant professional body (|HRM) 
• Attended a Senior Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks; 
• Served as a Chief Human Resource Management OfficerI for a minimun period of three (3) years with at least 3 years' experience in payroll Management. 
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
