Associate Software Engineer (Java), Softwares at Accurex Leadership and Management Consultants Ltd

• The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, testing, and deployment of software applications using Java or .NET Core frameworks. The role provides hands-on exposure to software design, coding, troubleshooting, and documentation under supervision. The position is ideal for recent graduates with strong technical aptitude, a logical mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT solutions environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Software Development 

• Participate in developing and maintaining applications using Java or .NET Core frameworks. 
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code under supervision of senior engineers. 

Testing & Quality Assurance 

• Assist in preparing software test cases and scenarios. 
• Support implementation of software testing to identify and resolve functional or performance issues. 

Error Reporting & Resolution 

• Receive and document client-reported issues. 
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in collaboration with the QA and development teams. 

Requirement Analysis 

• Support in gathering, interpreting, and documenting client requirements and technical specifications. 
• Participate in discussions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks. 

Documentation & Reporting 

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including change logs and testing reports. 
• Prepare status reports on assigned development and testing activities. 

Collaboration & Learning 

• Work closely with senior developers and project teams to complete assigned tasks. 
• Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated on software development best practices. 

Client Support & Deployment Assistance 

• Support implementation and deployment activities as required. 
• Be willing to travel for project-related assignments both locally and internationally. 
• Qualification

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), or MCA. 
• 0–1 year of experience in software development or internship in a similar field. 
• Proficiency in Java or .NET Core programming. 
• Understanding of database concepts, object-oriented programming, and debugging techniques. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Willingness to travel and work on global client projects.
