Job Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving B2B revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts, with a primary focus on ERP and software solutions. The role requires strong prospecting, solution selling, and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across various industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of ERP and software solutions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business processes and challenges
- Provide post-sales follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion
Reporting & Internal Collaboration
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred
- Background in manufacturing or industrial solutions will be an added advantage
