• Our client is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee branch operations across multiple retail outlets in Nairobi and Naivasha. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store performance, sales target achievement, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support branch staff (sales, beauty, and cyber teams).
• Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure adherence to customer service and operational standards.
• Coordinate between branches and the head office.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in retail, beauty, or cyber services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
