Job Purpose: Reporting directly to the C.E.O, the Business Development and Customer Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and elevating customer satisfaction across both branches. He / She will lead a dedicated team to proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure an outstanding customer experience that aligns with the organization’s mission and standards.
