    Business Development Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on effective sales strategies and client acquisition
    • Maintain and manage a pipeline of institutional prospects through CRM systems
    • Establish and sustain relationships with key institutional stakeholders
    • Develop client proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales team
    • Provide regular sales updates in meetings
    • Utilize sales data to inform marketing strategies
    • Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competition

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of two years' experience in business development or sales in a startup environment
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
    • Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Passion for delivering high-quality products and driving customer success
    • High degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information
