ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing of the firm’s products in the area of operation.
2. Evaluating clients’ businesses and determining whether they are eligible for the funds that they have applied for.
3. Processing of loan requests and disbursements.
4. Ensuring that the clients repay their loans on time.
5. Follow-up of defaulters and collection of arrears.
6. Proper filing for all client’s documents e.g., loan application forms, contract agreements.
7. Maintenance of quality portfolio as required by the organization.
8. Preparation daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
9. Fostering a positive image of the Company in all fora.
10. Any other duties as may be directed by management from time to time.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field with a bias in sales & Marketing
