    Business Development Manager

    Job Purpose: To develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits, identify profitable business opportunities, secure sound business deals, and lead business development associates. 

    Key Roles and Responsibilities 

    • Drive profitable business growth through strategic initiatives, part     
    • Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting new business opportuities in the regional market;
    • Recruit and develop a high performing diverse sales team that meets the business needs. And build capacity of intermediaries in the market.
    • Must be in corporate sales in General Insurance.
    • Must have good corporate client base.
    • Good knowledge on General insurance products Ex: Fire, Merian, Burglary, Property & Employee benefits(GMC>I).
    • Candidate must be having good relationship with insurance companies to place business.
    • Expert in end-to-end Sales Planning - Business Forecasting, Active Pipeline Management and Sales Closures, Client Engagement, Key Account management  & Up & Cross Sell.
