Business Development Manager - Business Information Services
Develop the prospect list of companies which can benefit from our products and services, actively approach prospects and sell products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Manage sales offers preparartions, contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Carrying out other unforeseen tasks arising from the nature of the work of the key account manager.
Person Specification:
Proven sales and account management skills in B2B segment, with a track record of successfully building portfolio of customers and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Higher education, understanding of B2B financing and trade an advantage.
