    Call Center Agent

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree or a diploma in a business related course.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is an added advantage High self-motivation with strong interpersonal skills
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.
    • Experience as an outbound collection agent will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
