Job Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Collections Specialist with at least 1 year of collections experience or proven collection and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, reducing aged receivables, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding past-due balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts effectively.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies that may delay payments.
• Accurately document all collection activities and customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Billing, Sales, and Customer Service, to resolve account issues.
• Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary and support legal collection processes.
• Meet or exceed collection targets and key performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates on account status and collection progress.
