Commission-Based Sales Agent – Agro Products (Freelance Role) at Complex Food Agro Limited

We are looking for independent freelance sales agents to promote and sell ECORIC agro-products (biofungicide and biofertilizer) to farmers, agro-dealers, and distributors across Kenya.
This is a commission-based freelance role — you will receive commission immediately after each confirmed sale.

Responsibilities

• Promote ECORIC products to farmers, agro-shops, and distributors
• Identify leads, connect with potential clients, and close sales independently
• Provide product information and gather client feedback
• Maintain daily communication and brief updates via WhatsApp

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (agricultural sales is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Ability to build local networks and approach potential clients
• Smartphone with WhatsApp for daily updates

Minimum Qualification

• At least 1 year of practical sales experience
• Basic understanding of agro-inputs is an added advantage

Nairobi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Kericho, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Thika, Nanyuki, Kajiado, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu, Siaya, Migori, Homa Bay, Busia, Bungoma, West Pokot, Taita-Taveta, Makueni, Narok, Kisii, Baringo, Kakamega.
