    Consultant Trainee

    Job Purpose:

    The Consultant Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including Talent Management, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits. This role is designed to prepare the trainee for a future Consultant position within the organization. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Human Resources 
    • At least 6 months of experience in the HR field
