    Corporate Sales Executive - Events Management

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients interested in our unique mobile beverage service.
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
    • Create awareness in the designated market areas to attract new customers.
    • Conduct research to identify trends, potential markets, and competitor activities to stay competitive.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
    • Promote our mobile beverage service on social media platforms and other digital channels.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and fleet teams to coordinate logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for clients at events.
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends for senior management.
    • Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with the leadership team.
    • Research and secure venues, plan and manage events, and coordinate logistics.
    • Any other duties as assigned by management.

    Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and events management.
    • KCSE mean grade of C plain, with 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
    • Proven experience in sales, especially in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and alcohol products.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-organized individual with numeracy skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
    • Proactive, flexible, and resilient team player with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
