    Corporate Sales Manger

    About the role

    The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the Regen Organics revenue goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the company is delivering a high-quality customer experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities with them
    • Calling on existing clients to promote new products, services, or special offers
    • Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to develop a tailored sales strategy
    • Following up with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services, and working with them to identify new opportunities for growth
    • Presenting products or services to potential clients in order to generate interest and leads
    • Selling products or services to businesses through phone calls or face-to-face meetings
    • Building relationships with potential clients to learn about their needs and interests so that they can be addressed in future sales pitches or proposals
    • Recommending new products or services to existing clients to increase business opportunities with them
    • Communicating with other members of the team to coordinate sales efforts

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required for this role. 
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, sales management, or business development. Experience in a corporate sales environment is highly desirable.
    • Strong leadership skills 
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
    • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
    • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics. 
    • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is also highly desirable.
    • Experience in agri-input sales and should be familiar with the latest trends and developments.
