Country Manager-Cold Chain Logistics at Aminika Manpower Limited

JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Directors, the Job holder will be responsible for the overall Management of the Company, ensuring that the Company increases its Market Share and that Sales, Customer Service & Operations are at all times monitored to ensure maximum results.

Key Roles

• Ensuring that the vision of the Directors to create a seamless Logistics Cold Chain in Rwanda is actualized within the shortest possible timeframe
• Overall management of the Company in accordance with the Annual Strategic Plan approved by the Board of Directors.
• Business Development
• To prepare Budgets and monthly Sales Targets
• To forward to the Directors Weekly Sales KPI’s
• To see to it that the Operations, Sales, Customer Service & Finance Departments run smoothly and that targets are met
• Maintain public relations by attending Conferences/Seminars (with prior approval) that will add value to the Company in terms of raising its’ profile, Business Development (a Report should be presented to the Directors after every event attended).
• Ensuring that the Management Accounts are produced in a timely manner and distributed to the Directors no later than the 10th of the following month. Any other duties as and when required by the Directors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related Field
• Degree in Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
• At least 5 – 6 years of experience in the logistics industry

Bugdet: USD 2000 -2500 USD + House  and Transport Allowance.
