Customer Service Representative at Integrated Staffing and Training Limited

A consulting company based in Kilimani is looking for a customer service and admin representative with experience working in an office setup.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Young spirited; energetic and enthusiastic
• Upbeat personality

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle and resolving customer queries and ensure security and confidentiality of information
2. Collects and analyses customer feedback and adopt corrective measures as required.
3. Respond to customer queries within defined time-limits
4. Collect and verify information from customers as required.
5. Record and capture customer details accurately.
6. Keep a database of all clients who visit and carry out random call back checks.
7. Maintaining data integrity and keep customer details confidential.
8. Responding to all customer correspondences via e-mail, telephone and postal mail. 
9. Provide daily feedback on customer experience in relation to pre-defined standards and measures
