    Deputy Director, Human Resource Management and Administration

    Reference HR/7/DDHRMA/2021/18

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution; 
    • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; 
    • Post Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or 
    • Industrial Relations, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; 
    • At least nine (9) years’ relevant work experience three (3) of which in senior management; 
    • Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution; 
    • Experience in using computerized human resource applications; 
    • Active full membership of IHRM; 
    • Computer Skills; and 
    • Fulfil the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution
