For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
Duties and Responsibilities:-
An officer at this level will either be responsible to the Deputy Director of Human Resource Management in a big Department or will head a Human Resource Management Division/Unit in a smaller Department. In the Human
Resource Management unit, the officer will be the liaison officer between the department and the Directorate of Human Resource Management and the Public Service Board.
