    Digital Marketing Officer

    We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to develop, implement, and manage our clients online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing online engagement, and generating leads through various digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging digital content for the company’s website, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
    • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and optimize content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
    • SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights andrecommendations for improvement.
    • Website Management: Update and maintain website content, ensuring a seamless user experience and improvedsearch visibility.
    • Influencer & Partnership Collaborations: Identify and work with relevant influencers, affiliates, and partners toboost brand awareness.
    • Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals,measuring their effectiveness and ROI.
    • Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keepstrategies fresh and effective.

    Key Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
    • Experience in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva,or other relevant software.
    • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and innovation.
