Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in Machakos County, Kenya. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting financial products and services, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks involve client engagement, cold calling, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Knowledge of Finance principles and loan/insurance products.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in financial services or sales is an added advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
