Job Summary

• Reporting to the HR and Administration Manager, the job holder will be responsible for execution of transparent and efficient transport services.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Vehicle/Fleet Management
• Management transportation and logistics coordination
• Providing reliable and secure driving services
• Ensuring availability of vehicle documents/supplies
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Secondary Education. Valid Driver’s license.
• Proven experience of at least three (3) years in a similar position with handson experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to produce accurate and well documented records conforming to the required standard.

Relevant Professional qualification

• Ability to perform a variety of repetitive and routine tasks and duties
• Ability to review data, identify and adjust discrepancies
• Ability to handle a large volume of work possibly under time constraints
• Good knowledge of administrative rules and regulations
• Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of protocol
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of security issues
