ERP Functional Analyst and Developer at PATH

Responsible for supporting all related activities to PATH's ERP system with strong functional and developer knowledge in Planner, Financial modules (AP, AR, GL), Procurement, HR and report writing. This position will be working closely with a team of ERP analysts and developers and partners in FP&A, Global Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Procurement to not only educate regarding system processes, but also explore how the ERP can support and optimize PATH’s internal operations and existing business processes.

 Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ERP system application features and enhancements.
• Support global end users in all financial system functions related to the ERP application.
• Manage user defect/issue reporting queues and work in the ERP to determine the root cause and resolution of the defect/issue.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and culture.
• Manage tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, upgrades and enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and prepare documentation related to functional or technical design documents.
• Functional testing and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integrations based on user/business needs.
• Work with IT or technical consulting partners towards common goals or resolutions
• Support the creation of integrations
• Communicate with business users on system performance, status of enhancements and defects.
• Develop and maintain reports, workflows, and queries.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of ERP experience including configuration and troubleshooting plus a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Unit4 Business World functional and developing experience for financial modules, including but not limited to Planner, GL, AP, Procurement, PCB, HR.
• Developing (SQL), excelerator report writing experience with Unit4 Business World Database
• Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment
• Must have high level of proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
