ZanaAfrica is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and coordination support to the Founder and other senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Coordinate travel and executive schedules.
• Prepare executive materials and meeting documentation.
• Track action points and ensure follow-through.
• Support effective information flow across the organisation.
• Provide high-level administrative and coordination support.
