    Shop / Retail Manager

    Duties

    • Promoting our services
    • Keeping updated records of expense and revenues of the branch
    • Coordinate branch activities
    • Supervision of the branch staffs
    • Ensuring branch sales are being met.
    • Ensure any customer complain are professional handled.
    • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction is adhered to.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business related course.
    • Atleast 3 years of experience in Similar position in service industry i.e. salons, Parlour, Restaurants, retail etc
