Job Details

• Recruitment and management of sales promoters
• Recruitment and managing regional distributors
• Recruitment and managing of retailers.
• Stock management at both RD and retail level
• Managing branding and promotions in the areas assigned.
• Collecting and analyzing sales and marketing intelligence data.
• Pushing for sale.
• Opening new accounts and delivering sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
• Organizing daily and weekly work schedules to meet set sales targets
• Preparing sales reports indicating the performance of various outlets and recommendations for courses of action.
• Keeping sales records for all clients

Job Requirements

• Diploma/certificate in sales and marketing or a related field
• Must have experience in the Field
• Has more than 4 years of experience in retail sales.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
