    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of guest service.
    • Proactively enhance guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve hotel and departmental goals, including revenue targets and cost control.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and collaboration.
    • Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and optimize inventory while maintaining productivity.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive success.
    • Implement programs that elevate service standards, profitability, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining thorough documentation for audits and follow-ups.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Food & Beverage management with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
    • A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
    • High levels of integrity and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    • Proficiency in using IT systems across various platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
