Front Office Supervisor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 3 - 4 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Front Office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio or similar) and MS Office
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional presentation and high level of integrity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising daily front office operations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures -Leading, training, and motivating the front office team
- Handling VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and maintaining high service standards
