Gardener / General Labourer at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens and landscaped areas
• Plant and care for trees, herbs and vegetables
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems
• Water plants and lawns as scheduled
• Maintain ponds and water features
• Clean and maintain swimming pools
• Keep pathways, verandahs and outdoor areas clean
• Maintain BBQ areas, garages and surrounding grounds
• Manage waste collection, segregation and composting
• Feed and maintain ducks and animal housing
• Prepare outdoor areas for guest arrivals
• Support general repairs and maintenance
• Clean and safely store tools and equipment
• Assist with guest activity setups when required
• Provide security cover when assigned
• Report maintenance issues, damage and equipment faults
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, farming or general labour
• Practical knowledge of gardening and grounds maintenance
• Ability to use basic gardening and maintenance tools
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Good understanding of cleanliness and workplace safety
• Reliable, disciplined and hardworking
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good teamwork and communication skills
