General Restaurant Supervisor at Summit Recruitment and Search

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 40 staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for business development, including networking, sales initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate activities and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies for operations.
• Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Must have a Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proven track record in networking, sales, and business development.
• Mature in character, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
