    • Someone with a solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, composition, and hierarchy.
    • A proactive learner who is receptive to feedback and can handle multiple rounds of revisions without frustration, understanding that client satisfaction is the goal.
    • An organized and reliable individual who can manage several design projects at different stages simultaneously and deliver on time.

    • A Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a reputable Kenyan institution of higher learning.

Consideration for other qualifications: Candidates with qualifications in other fields will be considered if they can present a strong portfolio that demonstrates genuine design ability and a clear understanding of visual communication principles.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.

    • Attention to Detail: The ability to spot alignment issues, colour inconsistencies, and typographic errors in design files before they go to print or publication.
