Group Sales Coordinator at Econome Africa

SALES GROWTH

• Build social welfare group sales models and drive the expansion of Econome throughout the region.
• Identify and establish  partner relationships with local MFIs, NGOs and local government vital for the support and expansion of business through groups.
• Prepare presentations  to groups and oversee sales contracts.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

REPORTING

• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Liaise with finance and administration teams to ensure customer accounts are paid on time and credit limits are well managed.

• Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and sales  skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanour required
• Computer skills, networking and relationship building skills in the industry.
• Must demonstrate competence in team work, networking, and target marketing to specific prospects and have advanced selling skills.
