    HR intern

    Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks? Do you like meeting new people and look for ways to improve a process? If yes, then this opportunity is for you.

    The HR Intern will be tasked with shortlisting candidate profiles and work closely with the recruiting manager to find the best candidates. 

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Shortlisting suitable candidates based on the provided job description.
    2. Assist the Recruitment manager with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
    3. Understand all HR processes and continually seek opportunities for improvement.
    4. Conducting Phone Interviews
    5. Follow up with candidates on interview dates and required documents
    6. Report writing and report generation.
    7. Prepare interview documents. 
    8. Supporting recruiting team.
    9. Perform initial applicant screening.
    10. Perform other roles as instructed

    Skills & Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource
    2. Work experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
    3. Good Communication skills with an outgoing personality
    4. Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
    5. Proficient in using Google Workspace
    6. Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
    7. Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
