Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

Employee Onboarding:

• Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Prepare and organize orientation materials.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Employee Relations:

• Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and concerns.
• Contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

• Collaborate in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Support the development of training materials.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
