HR Manager at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide solid solutions on HR Matters – Technical HR, HR legislation, Training, talent acquisition and management, HR Risk management.
• Proposal writing and client follow ups/ engagements
• Training HR Business Partners for the purpose of upskilling and being up to date with HR trends
• Develop new clients in the designated industry sector or discipline and secure job orders from new and existing clients.
• Achieve revenue, profit and number of placement targets month on month basis for self.
• Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business.
• Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system for Candidates
• Collaborate with other offices across the continent to maximize sharing business whilst promoting sharing of knowledge about clients and candidates.
• Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures.

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills. French, added advantage
• Multi tasking capability and ability to work independently on a task and result basis with everyone
• Should be very proficient with Microsoft Outlook, & MS Office (Word, Excel, PPTs)
• Street smart, Go-getter and dynamic with a good positive attitude, strong commitment, perseverance to complete the task on hand within the time frame and as per the defined process and expected standards
• Excellent inter personal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with staff, external agencies, etc
• Ability to work well with all other internal stakeholders within the organization

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years HR experience with managerial experience.
