Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a HR practitioner or in an operations role in a dynamic business environment.
Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or business-related field from a reputable institution.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRMIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
