    Human Resource Business Partner

    • Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a leading player in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to take the lead in shaping and executing a high-impact people strategy.

    This is not just an HR role it’s a strategic leadership position focused on:

    • Organizational design & workforce planning
    • Performance management & leadership effectiveness
    • Talent governance & succession planning
    • Compensation structures & internal equity
    • Partnering with leadership to drive business growth
    • If you have a strong track record in aligning HR strategy with commercial objectives and influencing senior leadership, this opportunity is for you.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience in a strategic HR or HR Business Partner role
    • Strong background in performance management & organizational design
    • Experience in compensation, job grading & HR analytics
    • HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an added advantage
    • Excellent leadership, coaching & stakeholder management skills
