- Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a leading player in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to take the lead in shaping and executing a high-impact people strategy.
This is not just an HR role it’s a strategic leadership position focused on:
- Organizational design & workforce planning
- Performance management & leadership effectiveness
- Talent governance & succession planning
- Compensation structures & internal equity
- Partnering with leadership to drive business growth
- If you have a strong track record in aligning HR strategy with commercial objectives and influencing senior leadership, this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a strategic HR or HR Business Partner role
- Strong background in performance management & organizational design
- Experience in compensation, job grading & HR analytics
- HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an added advantage
- Excellent leadership, coaching & stakeholder management skills
