Key Requirements & Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
Member of IHRM and have ACHRP will be an added advantage
In-depth understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws. This includes knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
At least 3years of relevant Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for HRBPs to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in analyzing complex HR issues, identifying root causes, and developing practical and effective solutions.
Leadership qualities such as decision-making, coaching, and mentorship are valuable for influencing and guiding others within the organization.
Adherence to high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.
