Key Requirements & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
• Member of IHRM and have ACHRP will be an added advantage
• In-depth understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws. This includes knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• At least 3years of relevant Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for HRBPs to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex HR issues, identifying root causes, and developing practical and effective solutions.
• Leadership qualities such as decision-making, coaching, and mentorship are valuable for influencing and guiding others within the organization.
• Adherence to high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.
