Human Resource Management And Development Officer II - 40 Posts at Public Service Commission Kenya (PSCK)

Duties and Responsibilities  
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:-

• Verifying information relating to recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers and human resource management information systems; 
• Implementing human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations and procedures; 
• Collecting and collating data for assessing training needs; 
• Preparing training projections; and
• Preparing agenda and minutes for the Ministerial Human Resource Management Advisory Committee the Human Resource Development Committee.

For appointment to this grade,

• A candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Business Administration, Education, Sociology, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Economics, Labour Relations or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya;
