    Human Resource Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition
    • Oversee performance management and employee relations
    • Drive learning & development initiatives
    • Ensure HR compliance and policy development
    • Support leadership with strategic HR insights

    What You’ll Bring:

    • At least 6 years of HR experience (3+ years in management)
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
    • Professional certification (CHRP – IHRM, CIPD Level 5, or equivalent)
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations
    • Experience with HR systems, reporting, and policy development
