Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing full HR operations, from recruitment to onboarding
• Leading payroll processing for permanent, contract, and casual staff
• Handling employee grievances and promoting a positive work environment
• Driving performance management and training initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–5 years HR experience in FMCG/logistics/manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Salary: KES 180,000 gross
