Human Resources Officer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma , Professional Certificate
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Performance Management
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records to support employee growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- CHRP certification or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- IHRM Membership (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences (added advantage)
- At least 3 years’ HR experience in a labour-intensive/unionisable environment
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on HRMIS experience (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
