    IFA Manager

    Job Description

    This role is responsible for the development and execution of the sales and customer retention strategy for IFA channel. This includes recruiting and managing Independent Financial Advisors to achieve channel revenue, persistency and profitability targets.

    Key Tasks And Responsibilities.

    • Manages sales & expense budget for a IFA team against set targets.
    • Responsible for distribution strategy of products within the country.
    • Accountable for local marketing.
    • Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities.
    • Build relationships, networks with external stakeholders, potential alliances and clients.
    • Ensures delivery of customer value.
    • Manages, develops, appoints & trains IFAs and IFA Consultants
    • Responsible for the external relationship management with key stakeholders.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with Internal stakeholders.
    • Manages daily operational (client service and or administrative) delivery within the specific functional area
    • Creates a climate for optimal performance.
    • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity and advise the business on opportunities and threats

    Knowledge & Experience & Qualifications

    • Technical Knowledge
    • 5 years’ experience in business development for financial services or related industry. 3 years must have been in senior leadership
    • Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing is required.
    • Customer Service & Sales experience will be an added advantage
