Technical Business Analyst at Isuzu East Africa (Isuzu EA)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, other business analysts, developers, and technical support teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct user interviews, data analysis and document reviews to capture current state process flows, define technical requirements, design, develop future state process flows & solution diagrams and perform gap assessments.
• Serve as the IT business liaison to drive technological change management in cross functional processes, while building consensus on priorities, execution plan and delivery of shared goals.
• Drive digitization and adoption of emerging technologies within Isuzu East Africa.
• Support other IT and related business-led strategic initiatives with technical solutions design, implementation, and change management as needed
• Manage IT projects, dependencies, risks, and changes by coordinating with cross-organization counterparts and effectively optimizing the schedule, resources, and scope appropriately.
• Undertake technological business impact assessment and provide guidance in adoption of the same.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives as well as Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers

Applicants must possess the following minimum requirements: -

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems and cloud environments.
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Cisco certification, IT security.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Five (5) years related experience
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages and system integration solutions.
• Knowledge of mainstream software development frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, good understanding of information security policies, good interpersonal skills, data analytics, attention to detail and Business intelligence.
