Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years relevant experience in IT support, systems administration or network management.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified
• Demonstrated experience managing networks, cloud services, cyber security and ICT support services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, networking technologies and information security practices.
• Experience with database management, backup systems and ICT asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
