Junior Salesforce Developer at Talent Grid Africa

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Configure workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and objects
• Support integration with Google Workspace tools and other external systems
• Participate in sprint planning, client meetings, and team stand-ups
• Troubleshoot system issues and contribute to ongoing platform maintenance
• Assist with user training and technical documentation
• Create reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Flow and Process Builder

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in Salesforce development (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and declarative tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Platform Developer I certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
