Junior Site Developer & Systems Administrator at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s site and web applications.   
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and farm-specific IT systems.   
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and website issues.   
• Ensure the security and integrity of farm data and IT infrastructure.   
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and performance monitoring.   
• Create engaging graphics, digital assets, and multimedia content for communication and marketing.   
• Develop and publish creative content for web and social media platforms.   
• Provide technical support and training to the team on IT systems and digital tools.   
• Monitor and maintain IT and digital media equipment inventory.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.   
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web development and system administration.   
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL).   
• Strong knowledge of network and server management.   
• Skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).   
• Experience in content development and digital marketing.
